Special nights

Friday, February 17

StorySave Benefit

This year’s StorySave project is a CD collection of stories told by our own Marylyn Peringer. All proceeds of the evening will go to StorySave; tax receipts will be provided for donations over $20. The evening's program will follow our usual open stage format, except for a spot reserved for Marylyn herself. For more information on StorySave or to make a donation online, click here.

Friday, March 10

Stories about Women

In celebration of International Women's Day, we encourage you to tell a story that has a female lead character. Susan Boucaud will host.

Friday, March 24

The Talking Stick

Instead of the usual open mic, tonight we pass the talking stick to a carefully curated showcase of storytellers. This is our contribution to Storyfire, two days of community presentations which will help kick off the 2017 Toronto Storytelling Festival. Karen Blair and Goldie Spencer will host.
